Yüzyıllar öncesinde, Batı Avrupa'nın ''medeniyet''ten uzak yaşadığı, Mısırlılar'ın Hititler ile tarihin ilk antlaşmasına imza koyduğu, Yunanlılar'ın bir yandan Fenikelilerle ticaret yaparken diğer yandan Perslerle mücadele ettiği, Büyük İskender'in fetihlerine devam ettiği, yeryüzünde bir medeniyetin yıkılıp diğerinin kurulduğu ve son dinin üç kıtaya yayıldığı yıllarda, henüz dönmeye bile başlamamış olan ve hatta yuvarlaklığının üzerine şerh düşülmüş olan dünya, doğu ve batı şeklinde ayrılmamıştı. Medeniyetler arasında gerek ticaret gerek harp vesilesiyle bir etkileşim süregeldi. İlmin ortak bir miras addedildiği yıllarda İslam medeniyetinin mensupları Yunanlı üstatlarının eserlerine merak ve ilgiyle sarıldılar. Birinci milenyum geride kalırken, ataları olduklarını iddia ettikleri Yunanlıların emanetini Araplardan öğrenmeye koyulan Avrupalılar birkaç isim dışında bu yeni üstatları fazla zikretmemeye ve bu üstatların müstakil eserlerinin kendi medeniyetlerinin gelişimindeki payını gizlemeye gayret ettiler. Rönesans ve Reform dönemlerindeki gelişmeler, akabinde bilimsel ilerlemeler ve nihayetinde kapitalizmin keşfi ile ortaçağını geride bırakan Avrupa, artık kendini dünyanın geri kalanından farklı ve üstün görmeye başlamıştı. Yunanlı-barbar mücadelesini "Avrupa ve diğerleri" şeklinde okumaya, medeniyetinin menbaında yer alan Avrupa dışı malumatı reddetmeye, üstünü örtmeye başladı. Zamanı ve mekânı kendi tarihi ve kendi coğrafyası üzerinden yeniden şekillendirdi. Hristiyan dışı dünyayı (buna Ortodokslar da dahil), özellikle en büyük rakibi olarak gördüğü İslam'ı mahkum etmeye ve onun müntesiplerini küçümsemeye girişti. Ressamlar ve seyyahlar, Avrupalı'nın tanımadığı ama bir yandan da heybetinden çekindiği bu dünyayı kurgulamaya başladılar. Duygusal, şehvet düşkünü, sinsi, kurnaz, kestirilemez bir ''doğulu'' ve zevk ü sefa içinde, karmaşık, gizemli bir ''doğu'' portresi sunuldu; Edward Said'in deyimiyle "doğu doğululaştırıldı". ''Doğu'' ne ise ''batı'' ondan beriydi. Böylece doğu ebedi, değişmez bir biçimde ötekileştirildi. Kapitalizmin gelişmesi ve sanayi devrimi akabinde seri üretime geçilmesiyle doğuya bakış farklılaştı. Avrupa'nın ihtiyacından daha fazla üretilen ürünler için pazar aranmaya başlandı. Gözler yeni ''keşfedilen'' dünyaya ve ötekilere çevrildi. Ama ''ötekiler'' giyeceği elbiseyi kendisi örüyor, süreceği parfümü bitkilerden kendisi üretiyor, kendi imkanlarıyla inşa ettikleri evlerinde yaşıyorlardı. Avrupa ürünlerinin bu coğrafyalara pazarlanması için ''ötekilerin'' değerlerinin değiştirilmesi gerekiyordu ve işte bu noktada Avrupa kendi modernleşmesini ''ötekilere'' "medeniyet" olarak sundu. Pozitivist bilim Avrupa'yı hükmen galip ilan ederken, bütün toplumların zorunlu olarak Avrupa'nın geldiği noktaya doğru evrileceğini savundu. Ama Avrupa'nın yaşadığı tecrübeyi yaşamaya gerek yoktu; Avrupa'nın ürettiklerini tüketerek, onun geliştirdiği içtimai, iktisadi ve siyasi değerleri benimseyerek onu takip edebilmek mümkündü. Önce "ötekiler" Avrupa'nın ürettiklerini tüketmeye ikna edildi, böylece tüketim kültürleri değiştirildi. Tüketim kültürü değişince ürettikleri ürünler de değişti. Üretilen ürünler aynıydı ama Avrupa ürünleri ile rekabet edebilmek için üretim kültürü de değişti ve ''ötekiler'' makinaya, bankaya bağımlı hâle geldi. Eşya, onu üreten zihniyetten bağımsız teşkil etmemesi sebebiyle, kullanılan eşyanın değişmesi masum bir ''araç''ın değişmesi değil bir ''zihniyet''in değişmesi idi ve sessiz sedasız bir şekilde değerler değiştirildi. ''Gelişen'' sosyal bilim bu değişimi destekledi; toplumları geleneksel ve modern şeklinde ikiye böldü, gelenekseli mahkum ederken, moderne methiyeler dizdi. Avrupa'nın tüketim alışkanlıklarının ve değerlerinin ''gerisinde'' kalan Afrikalılar birdenbire ''yamyam'', Asyalılar ''ilkel'' oluverdi. Gelenekselin çöküşünü gören ''aydınlar'' modern bilginin peşine düştüler ve Avrupalıların şaşkın bakışları altında Avrupa'nın değerlerini hararetle, şevkle ve daha gür bir sesle toplumlarına anlatmaya başladılar. Avrupa'yı açıklamak için üretilen teorilerle kendi toplumlarını açıklamaya çalıştılar, açıklayamadıklarında ise hatayı hiçbir zaman teoride aramadılar ve toplumlarının daha fazla ''ilerlemeye'' ihtiyaç duyduğunu tespit ederek ''oto-oryantalizm''in muazzam örneklerini sergilediler. Hikmetin bir kenara bırakılması ve bilginin tekelleşmesi ile düşüncede dönüşüm de tamamlanmış oldu. Tüm bu çabalar sonucu aile bağları zayıfladı, cemaatsel yapılar çözüldü ve insan ''fert''ten ''birey''e dönüştü. Kendisini sınırlayan tüm bağlardan koparılan birey yeni medeniyetin işleyiş mekanizmasının en önemli parçası hâline geldi. Medeniyetlerin nesilden nesile intikalinin en önemli durağı olan kadın, bu statüsünden azledilirken, ''haklarını'' savunduğuna inandığı güçler tarafından kapitalist medeniyetin ucuz iş gücü ve tüketim aracı olarak sahneye sürüldü. Gelişmişlik göstergesi olarak lanse edilen sivil toplum kuruluşları, toplumun modernleşmesinin/batılılaşmasının motor gücü olarak sistemdeki yerini aldı. Son olarak yönetim yapıları değiştirildi. İçtimai ve iktisadi entegrasyonu yavaşlatan monarşik yapıların yerine kimi zaman sert, kimi zaman yumuşak güç kullanılarak liberal demokrasiler ikame edilmeye çalışıldı. Tüm bu süreç içerisinde ismen uluslararası ama fiiliyatta uluslara ait olan kuruluşlar dönüşümün gözlemcisi, meşrulaştırıcısı ve bazen de zorlayıcısı oldular. Ve en nihayetinde ''öteki''; içtimai, iktisadi, siyasi ve fikri olarak ''ben''e (Avrupa medeniyetine) bağımlı kılındı. Babasıyla övündü ama efendisine öykündü. Aidiyet duyduğu medeniyeti ile pratiğini devam ettirdiği medeniyet arasında yani iki paradigmanın arasında kaldı; üretemedi ve üretemediği için de efendinin ürettiklerinin basit bir tüketicisi hâline geldi.
Oksidentalizm; Avrupa'nın bu mütecaviz tavrına karşı verilen bir tepki, yok olmaya yüz tutan ''ben''i ihya etme hareketidir. ''Ben''i Avrupa'nın tecavüzünden korumaya yönelik ilk adım Rus çarı I. Petro (Deli ya da Büyük Petro) tarafından atılmıştır. Garbın silahıyla silahlanmayı esas alan bu adım daha sonra (bilinçli ya da değil) Osmanlı sultanları III. Selim, II. Mahmud ve Japon imparatoru Meiji tarafından da takip edildi. Medeniyetimizin 17. yüzyıl itibarıyla üretemez hâle geldiğini, Avrupa'nın ise ortaçağını sona erdirip sanatsal, edebi, fikri ve iktisadi bir üretkenlik içerisine girdiğini fark edemeyen Osmanlı sultanları aslında bir sonuç olan savaşlardaki mağlubiyetleri gerilemenin sebebi zannederek reformları askeri alanda yoğunlaştırdı. Osmanlı, Nizam-ı Alem'den Nizam-ı Cedid'e geçişin basit bir kılıç-tüfek değişimi ile mümkün olamayacağını anladığında ise Avrupa kendisi için çoktan ''hasta adam'' teşhisini koymuştu. 19. yüzyılda "Avrupa'nın ilmini ve tekniğini alalım, yaşam tarzını almayalım" şeklinde birinci tepkinin biraz reforme edilmiş şekli dile getirilmeye başlandı ve Meiji dönemi Japonyası misal gösterildi. Eşya ile onu üreten ruhun mündemiçliğinin görülememesi ve tekn/ik/oloji ithal etmenin aslında bir hayat tarzı ithali olduğunun teşhisinin yapılamaması sebebiyle tavsiye edilen tedavi, hastalığı ilerletmekten başka bir işe yaramadı. Aynı dönemde Muhammed Abduh, Cemaleddin Afgani, Reşit Rıza gibi isimler Avrupa'nın söylemine bir karşı-söylemle cevap vermeye çalıştılar. Farklı isimler tarafından da dile getirilen, "Avrupa'nın, gelişimini İslam-Doğu'ya borçlu olduğu, Avrupa'nın yücelttiği değerlerin aslında bizim dinimizde/medeniyetimizde de yer aldığı" şeklindeki savunmacı (apolojetik) üslup Avrupa'nın azametini tasdik etmekten öteye gidemedi. 20. yüzyılda Mısır merkezli İhvan-ı Müslimin çizgisi bu savunmacı üslubu terk ederek söylem inşası noktasında önemli adımlar attılar. Hasan El Benna ve özellikle Seyyid Kutup ''medeniyet İslam'dır'' düsturuyla Avrupa'nın görünürdeki üstünlüğünü reddettiler ve medeniyetin yeniden ihyası hususunda fikirler geliştirdiler. İkinci Dünya Savaşı devam ederken 1942 yılında Japonya'nın Kyoto kentinde de önemli bir konferans gerçekleşti. "Moderniteyi Alt Etme" adını taşıyan konferansın katılımcıları Meiji dönemi reformlarını eleştirdiler ve Batı aklı ile Japon kanı arasında bir savaşın yaşandığını belirterek, siyasette demokrasinin, ekonomide kapitalizmin, düşüncede liberalizmin alt edilmesinin gerektiğini vurguladılar. Birey anlayışını ve içtimai dünya görüşünün yerine bireyin ihtiyacına odaklanan bilgide uzmanlaşma (bilginin parçalanması) anlayışının geçirilmesini reddettiler. Bilgi mevzuu daha sonra Müslüman düşünürler tarafından da ele alındı. İsmail Raci el Faruki "bilginin İslamileştirilmesi" ve Nakib El Attas "bilginin de-westernizasyonu" tezlerini sundular. Seyyid Hüseyin Nasr ise pozitivist düşüncenin yok saydığı ''hikmet''in geri kazanılması ile ilgili çalışmalar yaptı.
Oksidentalizmin bir disiplin hâline getirilmesi ile ilgili en önemli adım Mısırlı felsefe profesörü Hasan Hanefi tarafından atıldı. Hanefi, 1992 yılında kaleme aldığı Mukaddime fî ilmil-istiğrab (Oksidentalizm İlmine Giriş) kitabında ''oryantalizmin saldırganlığına karşı bir nefsi müdafaa hareketi'' olarak gördüğü oksidentalizmi etraflı bir şekilde tanımlamaya ve savunmaya çalıştı. Takip eden yıllarda bu konuda Asya ve Avrupa'da da birkaç çalışma neşredildi. Oksidentalizm literatürünü tanıtmayı ve geliştirmeyi arzu ettiğimiz Oksidentalizm: İki Doğu İki Batı isimli çalışmamızda ilgili literatürdeki oksidentalizm tanımlarını inceledik. Tanım üzerinde bir ittifak olmadığını müşahede ettik ve şu şekilde üçlü bir tasnife gittik.

2. Oksidentalizmi Batı düşmanlığı olarak ele alan görüşler,
3. Oksidentalizmi nasıl daha iyi Batılı/modern olunur sorusunun cevabını verebilecek bir disiplin olarak ele alan görüşler.
Birinci görüş, yukarıda tarihsel gelişiminden bahsettiğimiz tepkinin bir uzantısıdır. Burada Batı'nın tahakkümünden kurtulma mücadelesi vardır. Bu mücadele, Batı'yı külliyen reddetme, savunmacı bir üslup kullanarak Batı'nın baskısını azaltmaya çalışma ya da bir yandan ''ben''i tekrar ihya etmeye çalışırken bir yandan da Batı üzerine incelemelerde bulunarak Batı'dan ithal edilecek olanların kırmızı çizgilerini belirleme ve hatta Batı medeniyetini tahrip etmeye çalışma şeklinde olabilir. Bu görüşün en önemli temsilcisi olan Hanefi oksidentalizmi "Doğu'da Batı'yı Batılı olmayan bir dünya görüşünden hareketle inceleyen bir bilim" bir bilim olarak niteler. Ona göre, Batı artık öznelik vasfını kaybetmektedir ve Batı'nın özneliğini ifade eden "cogito argo sum" düsturu, Batı dışı dünyada "studio argo sum" hâline dönüşmüştür. Yani Batı dışı dünya ürettiği ölçüde var olmayı başarabilecektir. Batı'nın üreten ''öteki''nin tüketen, Batı'nın efendi ''öteki''nin itaat eden, Batı'nın muallim ''öteki''nin talebe olduğu sistemi değiştirmeye çalışan oksidentalizm, Batı'yı uyarma ve Doğu'yu uyandırma gayreti içerisindedir. Doğu'nun sadece topraklarını değil, zihnini, içtimai, iktisadi, siyasi hayatını, kültürünü ve medeniyetini de sömürülmekten kurtaracak külli bir dekolonizasyon hareketidir. Kısaca oksidentalizm; Batı'nın yarattığı ve ''ötekiler''e dayattığı tektipleştirme hareketine karşı bir direniş ve Batı'yı kendi sınırlarına döndürme hareketidir.
İkinci görüş birçok isim tarafından dile getirilmekle birlikte, Ian Buruma ve Avishai Margalit 2004 yılında yazdıkları Oksidentalizm: Düşmanlarının Gözünde Batı isimli kitapla bu görüşün en önemli temsilcisi olmuşlardır. Yazarlara göre oksidentalizmin başlangıç tarihi 1942 Kyoto Konferansıdır ve hatta Japonya'yı "yıkıcı oksidentalizmin fidanlığı" olarak tanımlarlar. Daha önce de belirttiğimiz gibi, konferansta Meiji dönemi reformları eleştirilmiş ve modernitenin alt edilmesi gerektiği belirtilmişti. Burada önemli bir noktaya değinmek gerekiyor; ''öteki''lerin Batı'ya verdiği tepki Batı'nın değerlerine değil, Batılı değerlerin empoze edilmesine verilen bir tepkidir. Ve bu tepki, Batı'nın değerlerini yok etmeyi değil, Batı'yı kendi sınırlarına döndürmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Nefsi müdafaa kabilinden olan bu tepki yazarlara göre Batı düşmanlığının bir ifadesidir. Kitapta şöyle denilmektedir: Batı pop kültürünü, global kapitalizmi, ABD dış politikasını, büyük şehirleri ya da cinsel serbestliği sevmemek büyük bir güç taşıma ölçüsü değil, bu amaçla Batı'ya savaş açma arzusu ölçüsüdür. Yazarlara göre Batılı değerlere savaş açan herkes oksidentalisttir; Pearl Harbour'da Amerikan donanmasına saldıran Japon kamikaze pilotları, "biz kazanacağız; çünkü Amerikalılar Pepsi-kolayı seviyor, biz ise ölümü" diyen Taliban mücahitleri ve "mutluluk sadece ölüme kendini adamada bulunur" marşını söyleyerek İngiltere'ye saldıran Alman askerleri arasında Batı'ya düşmanlık anlamında bir fark yoktur.
Buruma ve Margalit'in bu görüşleri oksidentalist terimini de tartışmalı hâle getirmektedir. Yazarlar aydınlanmaya, kapitalizme, globalizme, endüstrileşmeye karşı çıkan herkesi –Doğulu veya Batılı olması fark etmez- oksidentalist olarak görürler. Bu durumda Usame bin Ladin ile Hitler aynı saftadır. Oysa birinci görüş, Batı içerisinden Batı'yı çalışanları –bu çalışma eleştiriri düzeyinde bile olsa- oksidentalist olarak görmez. Oksidentalist, Batı'nın dışından Batı'ya bakan ve bu bakışını yukarıda bahsetmiş olduğumuz birinci görüş doğrultusunda anlamlandırmış olan bir gözdür. Tez-antitez-sentez biçiminde ilerleyen Batı tarihinde içeriden gelen zahirde yıkıcı eleştiriler bile bu medeniyetin dönüşüm geçirerek gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Batı'da yaşayan ''öteki''lerin durumu ise farklıdır. Batı coğrafyadan ziyade bir değer, bir aidiyet hissidir. Sual: Valentin gününü keçirmək barədə hökm nədir?
Cavab:
Müşriklik və bütpərəstliyin 17 əsrdən uzun bir müddət hökm sürdüyü romalılar arasında ən geniş yaylmış bayramlardan biri sevgi bayramı idi. Bütpərəst romalıların inancına görə, bu bayram "mənəvi sevgi"nin təzahürü idi.
Romalıların bütpərəst bayramları ilə bağlı və xaçpərəst xələfləri tərəfindən sadiqcəsinə davam etdirilən bəzi əfsanələr var idi. Bu əfsanələrin içərisində ən məşhuru, romalıların inanclarına görə, Romanın əsasını qoyan, dişi canavar tərəfindən bir gün əmizdirilən və bununla da dişi canavar tərəfindən ona güc və müdriklik verilən "Romulus" haqqında idi. Romalılar bu hadisəni hər il fevralın ortaları böyük bayram şəklində qeyd edərdilər. Bu bayramın ayinlərindən biri də it və keçi qurban vermək idi. Qüvvətli və əzələli iki gənc itin və keçinin qanını bədənlərinə sürtər, sonra isə qanı südlə yuyardılar. Sonra öndə iki gənc olmaqla, küçə boyunca böyük təntənəli yürüş olardı. Bu gənclər həmin dərinin parçaları ilə yolda qarşılarına çıxan hər bir kəsi vururdular. Romalı qadınlar bu zərbələri xoşluqla qəbul edirdilər, çünki onlar inanırdılar ki, bununla onlar "sonsuzluğun" qarşısını alacaqlar və ya buna çarə olacaqdır.
Günümüzdə bir çox əcnəbi, qəribə mədəniyyətlərə məxsus ənənələrə göz yuman və onları qeyd etməklə bu adət-ənənələrə nüfuz edən əksər müsəlmanlar nə etdiklərindən qafildirlər və etdiklərinin fərqində deyirlər. Onlar sadəcə kor-koranə, düşünmədən öz kor, bəsirətdən məhrum qalmış böyüklərinin ardınca addımlayırlar.
Günahsız bir əyləncə kimi gördükləri, əslində isə göz gəzdirdikdə bu cür adət-ənənələrin kökünün müşrik, bütpərəst adət ənənələrinə gedib çıxdığını çox az dərk edirlər. Onların qucaqlarını açdıqları bu şüarların küfr şüarları ola biləcəyini heç düşünmürlər. Mənimsədikləri bu fikirlərin mövhumat olduğunu belə düşünmürlər. Bunun islam dininin gətirdiklərnə müxalif olduğunu və islama qarşı olduqlarına əhəmiyyət vermirlər.
VALENTİN KİMDİR?
Valentin gününə bir nəzər yetirin! Avropa ölkələrinin əksəriyyətində ölümün dərinliyinə qərq olduqdan, daha sonra Britaniya və Amerikada canlandıqdan sonra, bir də baxırsan ki, qəflətən, gözlənilmədən bir çox müsəlman ölkələrində Valentinlər peyda olmağa başlamışdır. Valentin kim olmuşdur? Bu günü nə üçün qeyd edirlər?
Əfsanələr uydurmaq onların (xristianların) adətləri olduğu kimi bu barədə də əfsanələr çoxdur. Lakin bu qədəri daha aydındır: Valentin günü Romalılar tərəfindən eradan əvvəl 4-cü əsrdə Luperkusa sitayiş, hörmət əlaməti olaraq yerinə yetirilən bir ayin kimi həyata keçirilmişdir. Luperkus "məhsuldarlıq və bir kilsəyə mənsub olan dindarların" İlahı hesab edilirdi. Bunun başlıca cazibədarlığı "əylənmək və ləzzət almaq üçün" cavan, gənc qadınları cavan kişilər arasında bölüşdürmək üçün növbəti ilə kimi keçirilən lotoreya oyunundan ibarət idi.
Bu gün ilə bağlı eyni dərəcədə alçaq, rəzil adətlərdən biri də bu idi ki, bir kiçik keçi dərisinə bürünmüş və əllərində keçi dərisindən kəmərlər ilə iki cavan kişi cavan qadınları "şallaqlarla yüngülcə vuraraq həyəcanlandırır və ağıllarını əlindən alırdılar." Onlar qurban kəsilmiş keçi və itlərin qanlarını öz bədənlərinə sürtərdilər. "Müqəddəs kişilərin" "müqəddəs" şallaqlarının təsirindən həmin qadınların doğmasının daha effektli olduğuna inanırdılar.

Was bedeutet Aqiqa?
Aqiqa ist aus dem arabischen Verb aqqa abgeleitet, das rein sprachlich unter anderem "spalten" im Sinne von "schneiden" bedeutet. Als islamischer Begriff bezeichnet die Aqiqa das "Schlachten eines Opfertiers bei der Geburt eines Kindes". Oft bezeichnet Aqiqa auch das Opfertier selbst.
Die Aqiqa geht auf die Sunna (Praxis) des Propheten Muhammad (s) zurück, der sinngemäß gesagt hat: "Für das (neugeborene) Kind soll eine Aqiqa vorgenommen werden. Also schlachtet in seinem Namen und entfernt von ihm den Schaden" (Buchari).
In einem weiteren bekannten Hadith (Überlieferung; Mz.: Ahadith) nennt der Prophet (s) einige Dinge, die neben der Aqiqa vorgenommen werden sollen, wenn man dazu in der Lage ist. Der Prophet (s) hat sinngemäß gesagt: "Jedes Kind ist an seine Aqiqa gebunden. An seinem siebten Tag soll sie für ihn geschlachtet werden, ihm sein Name gegeben und ihm seine Haare geschnitten werden" (Tirmidhi).

Die Anti-Putsch-Inhaftierte, Dahab Hamid Abd el-Aal, 19 Jahre, (Foto), hat gestern sein Baby alleine in der Haft geboren. Sie war doch noch im Operationssaal gefesselt, wo ein Kaiserschnitt duchrgeführt worden ist.
Dahab wurde mit 5 anderen Anti-Putsch-Demonstrantinnen am 14. Jäner 2014 in Kairo verhaftet. Sie wurde mit Teilnahme an Krawallen und an einer ungenehmigten Demonstration angeklagt. Sie hat dann trotz der Schwangerschaft drei Mal 15-tätige Haftverlängerungen bekommen. Laut ihres Anwaltes hat Dahab ihrer geboren Tochter den Namen „Hurreyya" (Arabisch: Freiheit) gegeben.

Die Ganzkörperwaschung am Freitag
Abū Hurayrah (Allāhs Wohlgefallen auf ihm) überlieferte, dass Allāh's Gesandter (Allāhs Segen und Heil auf ihm) sagte:
"Es ist Allahs Recht auf jeden Muslim im laife von 7 Tagen zu Baden (seinen Kopf und sein Körper zu waschen)
(Muslim)
Wann soll man die Ganzwaschung durchführen?
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymīn (möge Allāh sich seiner erbarmen) sagte:
Ghusl am Ğumu'a beginnt in der Morgendämmerung!!
(Majmū' Fatāwā Ibn 'Uthaymīn, 16/142)
Al-Bahūti al-Ḥanbali (möge Allāh sich seiner erbarmen) sagte:
"Der Beginn der Zeit für die Ganzwaschung ist die Morgendämmerung; davor Ghusl zu machen ist nicht gültig… jedoch ist es besser ghusl zu machen bevor man zum Freitagsgebet geht, denn so erreicht man eher den Zweck."
(Kashshā al-Qinā, 1/150)
Ibn Hazm (möge Allāh sich seiner erbarmen) sagte:
"Die Anfangszeit, in der ghusl erwähnt ist, ist die Morgendämmerung …
Es wurde von Muğāhid, al-Ḥasan und Ibrāhīm al-Nakha'i überliefert, dass sie sagten: "Es ist akzeptabel, wenn ein Mann nach der Morgendämmerung ghusl macht."

As Muslims, we don't need a pointless day like Valentines Day to express our love. We alhamdhulillah have been blessed with marriage. And although, it seems cheesy to say this, but marriage blessed by Allah is probably even more special in the liberal West where an honest relationship or commitment is becoming difficult to hold on to.
Unlike the superficial love that is promoted by the commercialised, manipulative Valentines Day, the love that is encouraged in Islam for your spouse consists of a love that goes beyond a few roses or a box of chocolate. As Muslims we have rights and responsibilities towards our spouses which we must act on daily as we are accountable for how we treat all. Alhamdhulillah it's the morsel of food that a husband puts in his wife's mouth or the sprinkling of water at Fajr time which reflects the real love humans seek, not also forgetting the reward that awaits with Allah for all our sincere deeds.
So as Muslims we say no thank you to all the supermarkets that have put out thousands of flowers tempting us to be part of a day which represents nothing but capitalism. We instead say like our beloved Prophet (saw) said: "We do not think that there is anything better for those in love than marriage."

Immer wieder wirft Assads Luftwaffe Fassbomben ab. 700 Menschen sollen bereits umgekommen sein. Der Syrer Abu Sari weiß, wie skrupellos die Truppen vorgehen – er war selbst Pilot und ist desertiert.
Es sind improvisierte Bomben, aus Öltonnen gefertigt, mit Sprengstoff, Benzin und extra Schrapnell gefüllt, um die tödliche Wirkung zu verstärken. 20 von ihnen fallen derzeit täglich auf die Rebellengebiete von Aleppo. Sie werden von Soldaten per Hand über die Ladeflächen der Hubschrauber gerollt und abgeworfen. Die Besatzung weiß nicht, wo diese bis zu 500 Kilogramm schweren Sprengsätze einschlagen.
"Diese Fassbomben sind absolut kriminell, sie töten völlig willkürlich", sagt Abu Sari, ein ehemaliger Oberst und Hubschrauberpilot der syrischen Luftwaffe. "Daran erkennt man die mörderische Natur des Regimes von Baschar al-Assad."

Als ich über die Salafisten zu schreiben begann, war mir durchaus bewusst, dass ich mich zum Abschaum der Menschheit hinabbegeben muss, und mir war auch klar, dass nicht nur der eitle Sonnenschein mein Begleiter sein wird, neigen Typen mit einer derartigen Persönlichkeitsstörung ja zu Drohungen, von welchen ich bis heute wohl an die 1000 gesammelt habe. Nein, ich beschwere mich nicht, amüsiert mich das hosenscheißende Gebrabbel ja viel mehr, und doch bin ich immer wieder erschrocken, fühlt man sich ja mittlerweile so sicher, dass man vor aller Augen sein Innerstes nach Außen kehrt, und manch anderer Sekten-Kritiker hat deswegen wohl schon aufgegeben, fürchtete er ja um Leib und Leben.
Ein gutes Beispiel dafür möchte ich Ihnen nun anführen, geistert ja seit ein paar Tagen eine Petition durchs Netz in welcher für die Unterstützung für einen Sinasi Ates geworben wird, hat der ja ein fürchterliches Schicksal zu erwarten und dies nur, weil er auf Brautschau war:
Sinasi Ates - Gefangen und Gefoltert - Wir Muslime in Deutschland fordern die sofortige Freilassung von Sinasi Ates.
Die Muslime in Deutschland sind sehr besorgt um das Wohlergehen des
Türkischstämmigen Deutschen und fordern die unverzügliche Freilassung.
Bitte unterstützen und verbreiten Sie unsere Petition,
bitte sammeln Sie Unterschriften.
Im Gefängnis wurde er vom Libanesischen Geheimdienst gefoltert
und ihm droht die Todesstrafe. Der Türkischstämmige Deutscher wurde von der
Bundesrepublik Deutschland totgeschwiegen.
Sinasi Ates befindet sich derzeit im Ar-Roumiyyah-Gefängnis in der Nähe von Bairut im
Libanon seit 7 Jahren im Untersuchungshaft.

Früher Wohnort: Deutschland- Goslar (Stadtteil Oker)
Sinasi Ates wuchs im Stadtteil Oker auf. Besuchte die Schule und absolvierte

Deshalb entschied er sich im Libanon nach einer Frau und Arbeit zu suchen mit Hilfe
eines Freundes,
der der Arabischen Sprache mächtig war. Einige Monate nach seiner Ankunft kam
es zu einem Bürgerkrieg im Libanon, wobei sein Freund ums Leben kam und er verletzt wurde. Soldaten fanden Sinasi Ates
verwundet und verhörten Ihn unter Folter und ohne jegliche medizinische Versorgung.
Die libanesischen Behörden werfen Sinasi A. die Mitgliedschaft in einer
terroristischen Vereinigung und das Schüren innerer Unruhe vor
Begründung: Sinasi Ates hat als Deutscher Staatsbürger und ehemaliger Steuerzahler das Recht auf
einen Fairen Prozess, um seine Unschuld zu beweisen.
Wir, die Unterzeichner dieser Kampagne, fordern mit der Stimme unseres Gewissens,
dass Sinas Ates nach Deutschland überführt wird und freigelassen wird.

Es ist aber nicht nur die Darstellung als Gewalttäter, die Araber diskriminiert. In einer anderen Szene spricht Pierre mit dem Kindergärtner Nissar. Er trägt neuerdings ein Kopftuch. Pierre hakt nach: "Ich will wirklich nicht unhöflich sein, aber fühlen Sie sich nicht eingeschlossen? Zuerst mussten Sie Ihren Schnäuzer dann ihren Bart abrasieren, nun müssen Sie das tragen!" Nissar zuckt mit den Schultern, es sei nun mal so und er unterwerfe sich dem Gesetz Gottes. Was für ein Klischee: Natürlich werden Frauen und Mädchen auch gezwungen, das Kopftuch zu tragen und ihnen sollte geholfen werden. Dies ist aber kein Grund, alle kopftuchtragenden Frauen als naive, unselbstständige und verletzbare Opfer darzustellen.
Es sind diese zwei Schlüsselszenen, denen Regisseurin Eléonore Pourriat einen prominenten Platz in ihrem Kurzfilm zukommen lässt und die viel erzählen über die Vorurteile eines weißdominierten Feminismus, der nie die Sensibilität aufbringen konnte auch in anderen Kategorien zu denken. Denn Intersektionalität ist ein langes Fremdwort. Allerdings als Konzept wichtig, wenn wir um Diskriminierung und Machtverhältnisse streiten.

Das Gefährliche an der Diskussion wie auch an dem Film: Die kulturelle Zuschreibung von Problemen wie Sicherheit, Arbeitslosigkeit und eben sexueller Gewalt. Das ist nicht nur bedenklich, sondern von Vorgestern. In Deutschland hat Thilo Sarrazin solche Thesen verbreitet, eine Debatte ausgelöst und viel Geld gemacht. Filme wie Unterdrückte Mehrheit reproduzieren seine Thesen in Europa und tragen sie in unseren Alltag, in diesem Fall auf Facebook-Profile, Tweets und in die Medien. Und niemandem fällt auf, dass es diesen rassistischen Haken gibt.
Es hätte nicht viel gebraucht, dass dieser Artikel nicht hätte geschrieben werden müssen: In der Mädchenclique wenigstens eine weiße Gangsterin untergebracht, in einer anderen, kurzen Szene wenigstens eine emanzipierte Frau mit Kopftuch: schon hätten wir das Problem nicht. Bei Filmen geht es auch um Bilder, die Nachrichten und Ideen transportieren, das ist mehr als nur symbolisch.
Aber muss in einem zehnminütigen Video zum Thema Sexismus an Rassismus gedacht werden? Selbstverständlich! Viel Aufwand, viele Gedanken und kreative Energie steckt hinter Unterdrückte Mehrheit, wie Regisseurin Pourriat dem Guardian verraten hat. Da wäre eine kleine Geste der Differenzierung nicht zu viel verlangt.

Wir brauchen ein Kalifat. Ein islamisches Reich, wie wir einst haten. Einen gerechten Herscher der mit Allahs Gesetzen regiert und nicht mit irgendwelche anderen dreckigen Gesetze, die Allahs Gesetzen wiedersprechen, regiert !! Wir brauche das, denn als wir noch ein Kalifat hatten, konnte kein dreckiger Hund einen Muslim etwas anhaben, denn er wusste hinter diesem Moslem steht eine gnaze Nation, welche sich nicht auf ein einziges Land einschränkt NEIN, eine Nation die keine Grenzen und Natinoalität kennt, eine Nation die nur darauf achtet wer Moslem ist. Wie mächtig wir doch einst waren, aber die KUffar schafften es Strewit unter uns zu bringen und wir haben uns abgewendet von userer Religion, deshalb passiert so etwas. Deswegen werden MUslime überall bakämpft, unterdrückt und getötet. Es klingt hart, aber wallahi wir Muslime sind selbst an usere Lage schuld. !!
Möge Allah (s.t) die Mujahedin die überall auf der Welt für Kalifat kämpfen den Sieg schenken. Möge Er (s.t) unsere einstige Ehre wiedererlangen lassen. Möge Er (s.t) es uns erlauben, den Tag, an dem ein islamischer Staat ausgerufen wird, miterleben lassen. Möge Er (s.t) die Feinde Allahs rechtleiten oder vernichten !! Wallahi die einzige Lösung um Frieden zu bekommen ist Kalifat, denn Christen und Juden ging es in einem islamischen Staat immer gut!! Und die einzige die sich für diese Sache einsetzen sind unsere edlen Mujahidun, also vergesst sie niemals in euren Duas. !!
