Guter Humor ist ja nicht zu verachten, weswegen ich auch Salafis nicht wirklich ausstehen kann, begegnen diese einem Lacher ja nur unfreiwillig und dies sieht man besonders gut bei Yahya Ranft, hockt er ja im Keller und kuschelt dort mit seinesgleichen:

Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'uun. Mahkamah rezim Saudi tetap memvonis Ulama Hadits Syaikh Sulaiman bin Nashir al Ulwan 15 tahun penjara dalam sidang banding hari Rabu ini (27/11/2013), lansir situs Al Riyadh.
Dalam sidang sebelumnya Oktober 2013 lalu, pengadilan pidana khusus Riyadh telah mengetok palu vonis hukuman yang sangat dzolim 15 tahun penjara terhadap Syaikh al Ulwan. Setelah melewati hukuman 15 tahun, lebih lanjut Syaikh dihukum selama 10 tahun tak diperkenankan berpergian ke luar negeri.
Oleh pengadilan, Syaikh diberi waktu 30 hari untuk mengajukan banding. Namun hasil sidang banding tetap sama, ia divonis 15 tahun penjara.
Perlu diketahui, kesalahan Syaikh al Ulwan adalah karena mengajarkan dan mengatakan kebenaran yang dianggap terbalik sebagai kesalahan oleh rezim Saudi antek Salibis Barat tersebut. Diantaranya :
- Mengeluarkan fatwa bolehnya serangan "bom istisyhad", menyelisihi fatwa para ulama resmi Arab Saudi.
- Mengkafirkan orang-orang yang tidak mengkafirkan penguasa yang berhukum dengan selain hukum Allah.
- Menuduh para hakim

+++ Ein LKW voller Spenden +++
Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatULLAHI wa barakatu, wir danken ALLAH, dass er uns wieder einmal ermöglicht hat, eine große Menge an Sachspenden aufzusammeln. Wir waren gestern in Köln und in Fraknfurt und haben es geschafft einen 7,5 Tonnen LKW voll zu packen. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Schwester in Frankfurt, die ihre beiden Kellerräume zur Verfügung stellte, bis wir die Spenden bei ihr abholen konnten. Möge ALLAH ihre Taten annehmen. Mit ALLAH seiner Erlaubnis wird Endstation Syrien sein. Barak ALLAH feekom für eure Spenden und eure Anstrengungen. Wir und ihr bilden zusammen ein sehr gutes Team. Möge ALLAH azzewacelle unsere Taten annehmen und unsere Absichten mit Ichlas vermehren.

Als Heiratsbedingung festlegen dass er keine zweite Frau heiraten darf
Frage:
Ein Mann heiratete eine Frau und sie hatte vorher die Bedingung gestellt, dass er keine andere Frau nehmen darf und dass er sie nicht zwingen darf, ihr Heim zu verlassen, und dass sie bei ihrer Mutter leben darf, und er hat sie mit diesen Bedingungen geheiratet. Muss er sich an diese Bedingung halten, und wenn er gegen diese Abmachung handelt, hat sie das Recht, die Ehe zu annullieren?
Antwort:
Ja, diese Bedingung und ähnliche sind gültig nach der Madh'hab (Rechtschule) von Imam Ahmad – rahimehullah – und anderen Gelehrten unter den Sahaba und Taabi'in, wie Umar ibn al-Khattab, Amr ibnul-Aas, Shuray al-Qaadi, al-Uzaay'i, und Is'haq.
Nach der Rechtschule (Madh'hab) von Imam Malik – rahimehullah – sagt die Bedingung aus, dass wenn er eine andere Frau heiratet, hat die erste Frau die Entscheidung in ihrer Hand, und das ist eine gültige Bedingung.
Die Basis dafür ist der Hadith, überliefert bei Bukhari und Muslim in Sahihayn vom Propheten (sal-lAllahu aleyhi we sel-lem):
,,Die Bedingungen, die es am meisten verdient haben, erfüllt zu werden, sind die, welches es euch gestatten, sexuelle Beziehungen zu unterhalten.'' (d.h die Bedingungen im Ehevertrag) (Bukhari 2721, 5/396)
Umar ibn al-Khattab – radiAllahu anhu - sagte: ,,Rechte sind im Einklang mit Bedingungen.'' Der Prophet (sal-lAllahu aleyhi we sel-lem) Befahl dass die Bedigungen, welche den ehelichen Verkehr erlaubt machen, es am meisten verdienen erfüllt zu werden. Dies ist die Regelung bei Bedingungen dieser Natur.

Gibt es ein Gesetz, dass einer Frau gestattet, in ihrem Ehevertrag, ihren Ehemann davon abzuhalten eine zweite Frau zu heiraten?
Antwort:
Wenn er sie unter der Bedingung heiratete, dass er sie nicht dazu zwingen darf, ihr Haus oder ihre Stadt zu verlassen, dann ist diese Bedingung gültig, denn der Prophet (sal-lAllahu aleyhi we sel-lem) sagte:

Wenn er sie unter der Bedingung heiratet, dass er keine andere Frau neben ihr heiraten wird, dann hat sie das Recht ihn zu verlassen, wenn er dann eine andere Frau heiratet. Daraus folgt, dass die Bedingungen eines Ehevertrages in drei Sorten unterteilt werden. Eine von ihnen, an die man sich halten muss, welcher von Vorteil für die Frau ist, ist unter anderem der: dass sie die Bedingung stellen darf, dass er sie nicht zwingen darf, ihr Heim oder ihre Stadt zu verlassen oder mit ihm zu reisen oder eine andere Frau oder Konkubine zu nehmen. Er muss sich an die Bedingungen halten, tut er es nicht, dann hat sie das Recht , die Ehe zu

আমদের অবরোধ শুধু নির্বাচন বা তফসিলের মধ্যে থাকেনি। এই আন্দোলন দেশব্যাপী পরিণত হয়েছে আওয়ামী লীগের স্বেচ্ছাচারীতা আর বেয়াদবির বিরুদ্ধে জনতার গণপ্রতিরোধ। সেই জনতার উপরে নির্বিচারে গুলি চালিয়েছে শেখ হাসিনার লেলিয়ে দেয়া বাহিনী। পাশাপাশি ১৮ দলের উপর দোষ চাপাতে ঢাকায় শেখ হাসিনা তার গুন্ডাদের দিয়ে সাধারণ মানুষের উপর অগ্নিসংযোগ অব্যাহত রেখেছে। নতুন প্রজন্ম আওয়ামী লীগের যে চিরাচরিত পশুত্বর কথা জেষ্ঠ্যদের কাছে শুনে এসেছে, এখন তা তাদের চাক্ষুষ দেখার সুযোগ হয়েছে। জনতার উপর নির্বিচারে গুলিবর্ষণ ও মানুষ হত্যার প্রতিবাদে ১৮ দলের ৪৮ ঘন্টার অবরোধকে ৬০ ঘন্টায় উন্নীত করে তা বৃহষ্পতিবার সন্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত উন্নীত করা হল। ইতপূর্ব সফল অবরোধ ও সর্বাত্মক গণপ্রতিরোধের জন্য আজকের সাহসী জনতার কাছে বাংলাদেশের আগামীর স্বাধীনতা ও সার্বভৌমত্ব কৃতজ্ঞ থাকবে। শেখ হাসিনার পদত্যাগ ও নির্দলীয় সরকারের দাবী না মানা পর্যন্ত সর্বাত্মক গণপ্রতিরোধ চলবে। দেশব্যাপী যেখানেই আওয়ামী লীগ পাওয়া যাবে, সেখানেই প্রতিরোধ হবে।

Good Evening and God Bless. There was a Furneral Memorial for a certian homeless man today at 3:30 pm. His name was Danny H. He died last Wednsday in the early morning hours under the east end of the bridge. He froze to death. He died alone. I cannot help but ask myself, 'What if that was me.' Homeless. kurz zusammengefasst:
du bestest nachtgebet (ischa)wenn du schaffst gehst du schlafen ansonsten darfst du auch die anderen gebete machen die du machen möchtest wenn du meinst du kannst nachts nicht aufstehen
2 rakat, 2rakat, 2 rakat,2 rakat und witr also ein gebet mit ungerader anzahl (ab 1 raka) du kannst auch 2 rakat beten und witr und schlafen gehen
diese gebete sind freiwillig und für jede sunna-tat bekommt man belohnung inscha`Allah
witr sollte man aber auf jeden fall beten wie man in den ahadith lesen kann
wa Allahu alem

- man wacht in der Nacht auf und betet 11 Rakaa (in 2 Rakaat + Ungerade Rakaa) und dieses Gebet wird als Qiyam Al-Lail und "Witr" bezeichnet?
Also ist Qiyam Al-Lail doch gleich "Witr"?

bezüglich des nachtgebets:
Aischa radiallahu anha- sagte: „Der Prophet – salallahu aleihi wa salam verspätete sich mit der Verrichtung des Ischa Gebetes bis es fast Mitternacht wurde, dann kam er heraus und verrichtete das Gebet und sagte: „Jetzt ist seine Zeit, aber ich will es für mein Volk nicht schwer machen" Berichtet von Muslim.
„Nicht schwer machen" bedeutet hier, dass die Leute müde sind deswegen kann man am Anfang der Gebetszeit (Ischa) beten
die islamische mitternacht rechnet man folgender maßen aus:
abendgebetszeit bis zum morgengebet und dann die hälfte
beispiel:abendgebet ist um 18 uhr und das morgengebet um 5 uhr in der früh das sind genau 11 stunden
die islamische mitternacht wäre in diesem fall dann um 11:30 uhr
also muss man das nachtgebet (ischa) bis 11:30 uhr verrichtet haben
das qiyam al lil (es gibt noch mehr namen hier für, im ramadan nennt man es auch tarawih) wird in der nacht nachdem man gebetet hat verrichtet oder so wie man es kann und schafft und auch so viel wie man es schafft
am besten ist natürlich das letzte drittel der nacht s.o.

نفي وتكذيب لقد سألت والدي اليوم عن الخبر الذي تداولته بعض الصحف، والذي مفاده أنه أخرج رسالة مزعومة أنها له يدعو فيها بالتروي في اختيار أبي بكر البغدادي كأمير للدولة! فنفى هذا الخبر حملة وتفصيلا. وقال بأنه لم يصدر عنه مثل هذا الأمر البتة، بل حتى أنه لا يعرف أبا بكر شخصيا. ولذلك فليس له من الأمر شيئا، إنما اختاره أهل الشأن منهم، وأن هذه ألاعيب استخباراتية، وكلها محض كذب وافتراء. وأقول الرجاء أخذ الحذر من تصديق مثل هذه الإشاعات والأكاذيب التي هي عاريةعن الصحة، والتي لا مصدر لها، وأن المصدر الرسمي والوحيد هي الصفحة الخاصة للشيخ أبي قتادة على موقع التواصل الاحتماعي فيسبوك. قتادة (ابن الشيخ)، الثلاثاء 22 محرم 1435 (2013/11/26م)

Ev Ziyareti: 24 Aralık Pazar günü Genel Merkez'imizden bir heyetle Osnabrück Öğrenci Yurtlarımızı ziyaret ettik. Kardeşlerimizle yemekte biraraya gelirken, geleceğe dönük düşüncelerini ve arzularını konuştuk. Yanı sıra yurtlarımızda kalan öğrencilere haftada 5 gün ek olarak Fıkıh Usulü, Hadis Usulü, Tefsir, Kelam ve Mantık gibi dersler sunacağımızı belirttik ve müfredatı kendilerine sunduk. Kardeşlerimize, bunun dışında önümüzdeki haftalarda kaynak kitaplarından oluşan kapsamlı bir kütüphane müjdesini verdik.
